Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultation services and wellness programs.
By booking a consultation or enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms stated below.
- Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
- No-shows (missing the session without prior notice) will be treated as a completed session
- Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours)
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Only one rescheduling request may be accommodated per session
- Refund Policy – Consultations
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session is booked
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations (e.g., technical issues or inability to conduct the session from our side)
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time frame
- Refund Policy – Wellness Programs
- Program fees are non-refundable once the program has started
- If a cancellation request is made before the program begins, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds will be provided for partially used or discontinued programs
- Missed Sessions
- Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded
- Continued participation and attendance are the responsibility of the participant
- International Payments
- Any currency conversion charges or transaction fees for international payments are the responsibility of the client
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original mode of payment (subject to payment gateway policies)
- Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations such as technical issues, unforeseen disruptions, or inability to deliver the service, appropriate alternatives such as rescheduling or partial consideration may be offered.
