Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultation services and wellness programs.

By booking a consultation or enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms stated below.

  1. Appointment Cancellation
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
  • No-shows (missing the session without prior notice) will be treated as a completed session
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • Appointments can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours)
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Only one rescheduling request may be accommodated per session
  1. Refund Policy – Consultations
  • Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session is booked
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations (e.g., technical issues or inability to conduct the session from our side)
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time frame
  1. Refund Policy – Wellness Programs
  • Program fees are non-refundable once the program has started
  • If a cancellation request is made before the program begins, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used or discontinued programs
  1. Missed Sessions
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded
  • Continued participation and attendance are the responsibility of the participant
  1. International Payments
  • Any currency conversion charges or transaction fees for international payments are the responsibility of the client
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original mode of payment (subject to payment gateway policies)
  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations such as technical issues, unforeseen disruptions, or inability to deliver the service, appropriate alternatives such as rescheduling or partial consideration may be offered.
